Latest Trends of Industry 4.0

Traditionally, a company provided multiple levels of value chains for the final customer. As the customer dynamics have chained, companies are onboarding strategic partners to leverage their core competencies to provide better solutions.
Companies have been able to draw a larger market share by adding partners, new products and solutions can also be co-created.

Current Trends of Industry 4.0:

1. Partners can be analysed in four stages based on their integration and relationship with the company. Selling Ally is a partner that provides quote-to-fulfillment process to end-customer. Cisco's application monitoring arm, AppDynamics have partnered with companies like World Wide Technology boosting growth by 154%

2. Delivery champions are partners which provide  customised solutions for multi products. Companies such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce rely on global system integrators such as Deloitte Consulting, Accenture, Tata Consultancy Services, and Infosys to deliver their solutions to end customers.
3. Ecosystem partners drive new revenue sources. AT&T is partnering with seven major companies to develop connected communities.
4. Co-creators are strategic partners that actively collaborate to create and deliver customer-centric products and services. HP and SAP have jointly created HANA software and boosted sales for each one. Disney’s entertainment experience and Hitachi Vantara’s intelligent data-driven solutions have partnered to increase the attractions’ operational efficiency and customer appeal.

5. With changing dynamics, partner models are also transforming from sales allies and delivery champions to ecosystem pioneers and co-creators.
